Managing Patterns

An order contains relatively lot of data, at the same time some operations have to be performed regularly with the same (or at least similar) data.
Patterns help to create orders quickly. As for its form, a pattern is a partly completed order.
Patterns prepared earlier can be used when entering orders and only the empty fields have to be completed here.

Click on the Patterns menu point where you can manage patterns.

By clicking on the list of Patterns you can choose the type of order in the list. The patterns of given types saved earlier will appear.

Managing patterns is similar to managing orders. Every line of the list is a pattern and you can perform the appropriate operations with the buttons under the list.

You can view, modify and delete patterns with the View, Modify and Delete buttons.
Before performing an operation choose the appropriate pattern in the list and click on the line of the pattern.
Patterns belonging to the same type of order can be exported or imported too.

You do not have to choose the pattern from the list before exporting it.
You can export all patterns at the same time. You can read further information on exporting here.
