What assistance services are attached to our Exclusive Silver account package?
- Vehicle assistance:
- assistance service on site, towing: A towing truck is sent to locations within Hungary and the European Union, as soon as possible, at most within 4 hours, to a maximum of 2 of your vehicles1
- If the car cannot be repaired on location, it is towed to the nearest repair shop. In case of more than 8 hours waiting time due to repair shop, storage service in Hungary till the transport..
- Replacement vehicle for 1 day
- IT assistance
- remote assistance: identification of software errors, troubleshooting assistance, software and hardware error assistance (once a month)
- contact and appointment with specialist repair shop, if remote assistance is unsuccessful (once a month)
- Legal assistance:

- legal consultancy opportunity over the phone, once a quarter, in a maximum duration of 30 minutes
