How can you make transactions with our Telephone Banking service?

  • To avoid fraudulent use, you can perform most transactions through UniCredit Telephone Banking only after identifying yourself by entering your user ID and your UniCredit Telephone Bank PIN.
  • The only exception to this is blocking your bank card, which you can do even after providing your personal details.
  • You can also set daily and transaction limits for transactions through our Telephone Banking service; for this, please visit one of our branches and ask our advisors for assistance.
  • The UniCredit Telephone Banking user ID:
    • is required when logging into the automated system;
    • this is a sequence of at least 5, but no more than 8 digits, not a secret code.
    • You can find it in your UniCredit Telephone Banking contract or, if you are a retail client, in the eBanking service under Banking/Telephone Banking.
  • UniCredit Telephone Banking PIN code:
    • a top-secret 4-digit number
    • identifies the Account Holder or the person who has the right of disposal over the account.
    • You received your UniCredit Telephone Banking PIN code in a sealed envelope if you applied for the service at a branch.
    • If you opened your account online, you had to create it the first time you logged into Retail eBanking under Banking/Telephone Banking.
  • If you have forgotten your UniCredit Telephone Banking PIN code, you can request a new one at a branch or our retail clients can create a new one in the eBanking service under Banking/Telephone Banking.
