Information on closing SpectraNet access


On February 29, 2020, we informed our affected individual customers, in a message delivered in the Internet banking service [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking], that we are going to terminate their access to the [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking] system by 30th April 2020. Our internet banking service will then only be provided via the new [UniCredit eBanking] service. (IMPORTANT: Business accounts will not be affected by the change, but private accounts will be removed from [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking].)

Those affected cutomers

  • who already use the [UniCredit eBanking] service and the mobile application service [UniCredit Mobile Bank] have nothing to do.
  • who do not yet use [UniCredit eBanking] but would like to use it in the future are asked to log in using their previously used IDs. More information about [UniCredit eBanking] can be found here.
