Information on closing SpectraNet access

 

On February 29, 2020, we informed our affected individual customers, in a message delivered in the Internet banking service [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking], that we are going to terminate their access to the [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking] system by 30th April 2020. Our internet banking service will then only be provided via the new [UniCredit eBanking] service. (IMPORTANT: Business accounts will not be affected by the change, but private accounts will be removed from [UniCredit SpectraNet Internet Banking].)

There are three groups of the customers affected by the change:

1. who already use the [UniCredit eBanking] service and the mobile application service [UniCredit Mobile Bank]; these customers have nothing to do.

2. who use only one of the digital channels ([UniCredit eBanking] or [UniCredit Mobile Bank]); for them, we recommend to start using all of our digital services.

3. who do not yet use [UniCredit eBanking] but would like to use it in the future; these customers are asked to log in using their previously used IDs. More information about [UniCredit eBanking] can be found here.
