• UniCredit mBanking Business mobile application.

*  Service outages of no more than four hours due to planned development and maintenance are considered downtimes, in accordance with Article 286 of Act No. 2013 on Credit Institutions and Financial Undertakings (CCXXXVII of 2013).

27th November 2026, from 11:00 p.m. to 28th November 7:00 a.m., the following services will not be available due to maintenance work and technical development of our systems:

• UniCredit mBanking mobile application (the [UniCredit mBanking] and mToken),  
• UniCredit mBanking Business mobile application, 
• UniCredit eBanking internet banking services,  
• SpectraNet Internet Banking Light, SpectraNet Internet Banking Plus, Spectra, Spectra Light,  
• Open Banking API, account information authorizations, queries, payment initiation services initiated through third-party providers (TPP), 
• Call Center - Telephone banking services requiring customer identification,  
• MultiCash,  
• Instant payments,  
• Securities administration.
