What are the advantages of the Fix account package?

The account package automatically contains the most important services for your convenience:

  • Mastercard Unembossed contactless debit card without any issuer or annual membership fee,
  • SMS notification of credit and debit entries on the bank account,
  • SpectraNet Internet Banking Light access without monthly fee,1
  • Telephone Banking service,
  • Electronic account statement that can be downloaded through Internet Bank.

Furthermore in this account package the fees of the most frequent HUF transactions are fixed to make their costs more transparent for you as 0.5% fee2 is charged to

  • direct debit orders,
  • in-bank and bank-to-bank standing orders,
  • in-bank and bank-to-bank payment orders,
  • cash withdrawal from any domestic ATM in Hungary.

We offer you all this for a monthly fee of HUF 995 which you can reduce to HUF 03 for the month of the account opening and for 3 subsequent months if you apply online during our promotion. UDRI: 0.01%

Would you like to extend the period without monthly fee?

The monthly account handling fee of your account may be HUF 0 for further 3 months if during the promotional period

  • you have active and executed standing orders or direct debit orders to at least 2 different beneficiaries and
  • you make a purchase using your bank card attached to the account package at least on 5 occasions4.

What extra services do we offer for the Fix account package while you apply for it online?

  • UniCredit Mobil Application: you can download the application to smart phones and after activation you can access your finances anywhere, day and night.
  • ERGO account insurance Bronze package: offers you financial assistance not only for health problems, but also helps you overcome certain difficulties relating to your bank card.
  • Foreign currency account (EUR, USD): if you frequently travel abroad or wish to keep a large amount in foreign currency this could be a solution for you.

Useful information on how to use your bank account

  • Hand in your declaration to be able to withdraw cash free of charge for the first two occasions a month from domestic ATMs up to HUF 150,000 pursuant to the legal regulations.
  • Use our UniCredit ATM machines equipped with the function, not only to withdraw, but also to deposit cash  free of charge in our promotion valid until recall.5

1 The upfront entry fee for SpectraNet Internet Banking Light is HUF 2,000 which will not be charged by the Bank during the promotional period. The promotional period is valid until recall.   

2 Standing order and payment order between own accounts kept by the bank are free of charge. The fees of payment order and standing orders initiated by non-original form are different to the above; the exact fees are stated in the provisions of the List of Conditions of UniCredit Bank for Retail Clients applicable to the Bonus account package. If a client has submitted a declaration for the free of charge cash withdrawals permitted under the law, the fee indicated above shall be charged only to the cash withdrawals that are additional to the ones specified by law. The fee of cash withdrawal on domestic ATM is different in case of Premium Banking Embossed Mastercard contactless bank card, which is included in the effective Debit Bankcard List of Conditions for Private Clients.

3 The Bank announces a promotion, valid until withdrawn, to those who indicate their purpose on the Bank’s website (www.unicreditbank.hu) during the period of the promotion for opening a bank account called „Fix”, and after this online registration sign a new contract with the Bank for the „Fix” account package. Within the promotion the client is entitled to free bank account-handling fee in the calendar month of the account opening, and the three subsequent calendar months (hereinafter referred to as „1st promotional period”) in relation to “Fix” account package.

4 Under this promotion (valid until withdrawn) clients who registered online and opened a new „Fix” bank account, fulfill all the criteria mentioned below until the 20th day of the 1st promotional period (if it falls on a holiday, then the next working day, hereinafter referred to as „examination day”) are entitled to free bank account-handling fee for another three calendar months related to “Fix” account package:
-    at least two (in relation of different beneficiaries) domestic standing orders or direct debit payments – still active on the examination day – have been fulfilled until the examination day in Hungarian forint (not between own accounts), furthermore
-    until the examination day in the 1st promotional period, at least five purchases with a bankcard related to the “Fix” account package have been settled (not constituted as purchase: billing adjustment transactions, repayments, withdrawals from Automatic Teller Machines, electronic transactions related to ATMs, bank branches, and post offices, other, bankcard transactions fees stated in the List of Conditions of UniCredit bank).
This promotional offer is valid until withdrawn.

5 Calculation of charges: the normal fee is 0.2% of the deposit, which will not be charged by the Bank during our promotional period. This promotional period is valid until recall.
