Digital channels

Comfortable and safe banking at your home

Mobile application services [UniCredit Mobile Bank]

DownloadGoogle Play (Android) and App Store (iOS). You can activate the service with internet banking credentials (SMS or mToken- authorization).

 

 Download it to your phone directly with QR codes!

 

 

Available functions and services:

  • account history: balance and detailed account information,
  • money-transfer to any bank account,
  • domestic HUF transfers under HUF 10 million will arrive to the beneficiary's account within a few seconds, also on public holidays, weekends and at night,
  • by using scan&pay function, you can pay printed postal orders from home, avoiding the queue at the post offices,
  • credit card repayment,
  • modify the transaction-limits set to your bank card,
  • activate your bank cards without shopping, using an ATM, or visiting a branch,
  • free push notifications about card transactions.

Internet banking services [UniCredit eBanking]

Available: on the official website of UniCredit Bank Hungary for clients with a contract, via internet banking menu. Small business and corporate clients can use the a SpectraNet Internet Banking.

Available functions and services:

  • account history: balance and detailed account information,
  • money-transfer to any bank account,
  • domestic HUF transfers under HUF 10 million will arrive to the beneficiary's account within a few seconds, also on public holidays, weekends and at night,
  • credit card repayment ,
  • fixed transfers can be created, edited or deleted anytime,
  • credit and deposit balances and history,
  • orders related to specific securities,
  • account statements can be downloaded in electronic format.

Telephone banking services [UniCredit Telephone Banking]

Available: As a client with contract for this service please call +36 (1/20/30/70) 325 3200, with your telephone banking credentials and PIN.

Available functions and services:

  • account history: balance and detailed account information,
  • account services (transfer HUF and FX, Deposit management,
  • card services: activation, limits, blocking,
  • information about credits,
  • transactions related to specific securities (eg. investment funds, sell/buy shares on stock exchange,
  • customer service (internet banking and bank card issues),
  • general information.
