The Internet Banking and Mobile Banking allow you to get information about your account balance and to manage your financial transactions, deposit making quickly and easily through the Internet.

All of this can be in a safely, quickly and conveniently way, whether from home or from office that is not only time but also cost consuming because of the favorable conditions.
By using UniCredit Bank Hungary Zrt. Internet Banking and Mobile Banking service, you can make queries about the current balance of your bank account, and initiate transfers, making deposits or any other transactions from anywhere in the world, at any time. All this can be safe, fast and convenient, done either from your home or your office, saving not only time but - due to the favourable conditions - money as well. All you need to use the service is a computer with internet access.

Security:

We regarded security as a primary aspect when developing the service, and thus the security of the system is guaranteed by an internationally recognized, multi-layer security system. In addition to the standard 128-bit SSL encryption ensuring the integrity of the data traffic between your and the Bank’s computer or mobile phone, you can also set a limit to the maximum amount of withdrawals both at transaction and daily levels.
Moreover, log-on to the SpectraNet System and signing (authorizing) the orders – both for the SpectraNet Plus and the SpectraNet Light service packages – may only be done by using one of these two methods:

Text message (SMS):

For the authorization of orders the Bank will send a one-off password in a text message (SMS) to the User’s mobile phone number indicated in the Agreement, whereas the system can be accessed by using the User ID and a regular password (which can be modified by the User any time after the log-on).

Token:

The User will generate the password to log on to the SpectraNet System and to authenticate orders by using a Token.

The Token is basically a code generator, which, depending on the time of the use and the serial number of the Token, will provide a one-off code (valid for about 30 seconds). Due to its size and since it does not have to be connected to a computer, the Token provides full mobility to manage your financial matters.

Hardware and software requirements of the systems:

The following technical requirements have to be met when using the Internet Banking system:

  • Operating system:
    • Operating system MS Windows 95 / 98 / NT / ME / 2000 / XP / Vista / 7 
    • Operating system Linux;
    • Mac OS X 10.5 or higher version;
  • Internet Browswer:
    •  MS Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher version;
    •  Firefox 3.5 or higher version;
    • Opera 9 or higher version;
    • Google Chrome 7 or higher version;
    • Safari 5 or higher version;

In order to ensure appropriate safety, it is recommended to use the latest version of any browser

  • Adobe Flash Player 9.0.28 or higher version;
  • Internet connection;
  • Hardware: a computer meeting the system requirements of the chosen operating system and of Internet Explorer.
  • You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 (or a higher version) to view the electronic account statement in pdf format and check its authenticity.

The following technical requirements have to be met when using the Mobile Banking system:

  • Internet connection;

Handsets, operating systems, browsers:

  • Handsets (or tablets) with an Android operating system (2.1 or higher)
  • iPhone, iPad (iOS 3.0 or higher)
  • Windows Mobile phones (6.5 or higher)
  • BlackBerry (OS 4.6 or higher)
  • Handsets with a Symbian S60 OS (Nokia phones, OS9.1 or higher)
  • Handsets with an Opera Mobile browser (8.65 or higher)
  • Dolfin 2.0 Mobile (Samsung phones)

For security reasons, mobile browsers of which the communication system uses a hosted proxy server are not supported (e.g. Opera Mini).

The Mobile Banking is built for the widespread used smart phones. The service can be used for almost any phone that has an internet browser that supports at least a CSS2, HTML4 standards, that can run Javascript, plus can use cookies.
Wap-browser is not eligible for this service.

Using different browser type Mobile Banking may show slightly different image.
This is because the phones have very different skills, speed. For example, the calendar function is not available on all phone types (eg. explorer browsers).
The list of supported web browsers can often vary due to rapid changes of the cellular phone market. Using of other browsers is recommended only of your own responsibility and after a consultation with the bank. If you have any other browser you think is suitable for mobile banking, but the service does not work perfectly, or experiencing a malfunction in one of these browsers, please contact the Bank's customer service.

Supported browsers display settings may also lead to problems. If the phone or the internet browser show problems, please contact your telephone service for help.
 The most common configuration errors in the browsers:

  • Any browser should be permitted to use Cookies. Many of the default browser settings forbid to use cookies.
  • JavaScript must be enabled.
  • For displaying the rest of the information it is recommended to use the full-screen mode, if it is possible.

If You forget to enable cookies or JavaScript a warning will display.

  1. Android: it does not require special customization.
  2. iPhone (Safari) does not require any special customization.
  3. Windows Mobile that is compatible with Explorer browsers: On some phones the font size can be sett, so if it is set too high, it may not fit in any of the site.
     In this case please set the "minimum font size”.
  4. Nokia S60 compatible browsers: In some cases these phones have WAP and  Internet browser as well. Please choose the Internet browser. In the browser, it is possible to zoom the font size. Both the menu and keyboard shortcut is able to set the font size that is suitable for you.
  5. Opera Mobile: Mostly Samsung, Sony Ericsson phones browser, but it exists a downloadable version too. Please turn off the Fit to screen mode of the Display menu! Sometimes there is a limitation of the minimum font size settings that can be set smaller if it is necessary.
  6. Other smartphones: On some phones the font size can be sett, so if it is set too high, it may not fit in any of the site.  In this case please set the "minimum font size”.

1The bank do not accept free-form letter / order from individuals and small enterprises. Those order types for which no separated form is avalailable in our Internet Banking service, are accepted via TelephoneBank (if you have TelephoneBank contract) or personally in our branches.

2 For order types marked with an asterisk signature rights will be verified on the basis of the Letter Execution Score, while for other order types based on the Authority Score belonging to the given account. Clients who are entitled to make a balance inquiry over a credit card settlement account, are also entitled to make an inquiry over all the credit cards of the given settlement account.

3 The bank do not accept this kind of order from retirement savings account.

4 Please note that only users with at least read only right on the bank account linked to the SMS service and right of disposal on the account to be charged are entitled to apply for a new or change an existing SMS notification service. To apply for a new or to change an existing SMS notification service  - linked to a debit card  -  only users with at least read only right on the bank account linked to the debit card and right of disposal on the account to be charged are entitled.
