Integration - Start! Program

Start! Program is the on-boarding event of our Bank that aims to facilitate the integration of our new colleagues.  Colleagues are invited to take part in a 2-day interactive professional program which gives them an overview about the bank’s structure, strategy and main functions of the departments.


Internal Trainers’s Team of UniCredit Bank Hungary

We actively support the development of our people through professional and soft skill trainings. To be able to cater the ever growing demand of training needs we established an internal trainers’ team. Training courses are focused on skill development (assertive communication, time management, change management, stress management, presentation skils) and self-awareness and career management, and are available for all our colleagues.
