Request: Credit transfer: Partner without BIC, CdtrAgt: BIC is filled with NOTPROVIDED

For credit transfers without Partner BIC the Data element CdtrAgt:FinInstnId:BIC is output with content NOTPROVIDED. This is rejected by several banks.

Comment: Workaround until problem is solved:
Switch back to the previous version by setting the start date for the schema 2017 into the future in the configuration "...\MCxWIN\DAT\":

Request: Unnecessary error message "BIC kann nicht ermittelt werden".

While gathering a beneficiary-IBAN MultiCash tries to identify the related BIC code and enter it in the optional field "BIC". If the BIC-Code can´t be identified, for example if the BSR table is not existing, the following message is displayed: "BIC kann nicht ermittelt werden". For users in which the correlating BSR table is not existing, the message is displayed at every iput of an IBAN for this country.

Da die Angabe eines BIC-Codes im SEPA Raum optional ist, sollte in dem Fall keine Meldung angezeigt werden.

While creating a SEPA Italy-file containing payments with different payment types, a cryptic error message is displayed (-32).
