Meldung: BIC becomes optional if IBAN is used

In Romania the following legal change will be due on 31.03.2016 for international payments:
If the beneficiary account is IBAN, then neither the beneficiary bank code nor the beneficiary bank name and adress will be mandatory anymore. In other words, IBAN will be enough to identify the beneficiary (partner).

Kommentar: The following changes will be implemented in functions beneficiary table and payment entry:
If IBAN flag is set for account number field, BIC and bank address will become optional. It is recommended to set INT parameter "Beneficiary account is IBAN by default'.
